The living room on the main floor has a large wrap around deck, which is accessible from the living room/dinning area or from outside. There is a large Webber four burner gas grill on the main deck, propane is provided. A large teak table on the deck comfortably seats eight, and holds an umbrella. The house has over 100' of private water frontage, and has an ideal dock with a built-in bench. My personal favorite place to drink coffee and watch the sunrise. Two hardshell kayaks with paddles, along with a canoe, two paddle boards and life jackets are provided. Two large teak lounge chairs are also available to relax in. A perfect spot to have an afternoon cocktail and read a good book. The large built-in stone fire pit is the perfect place to roast marshmallows and listen to the loons after a long day enjoying the lake. Two large benches give more than enough room to relax. The following linnes are provided; bath towels, sheets, blankets, napkins, and pillows. Minimum night stay is 7 nights. Check-in/check-out are on Saturdays. With the plethora of activities that Harrison, Naples, and Bridgton offer, this location is perfect. The tax-free North Conway outlets are only 35 min away. Just 15 ft back from the water with its own dock. There is a gate on the left side of the house and all that land, beach, and 2 docks are on association land that you can use. There is also a float. You can hear the bands playing at the Freedom Café from the front porch or the dock. Every Sunday there is a concert on "The Green" just walk out the dirt road to RT 302 and it is right across the street. You can walk to the causeway in 4 minutes to all the shops, restaurants, bars, karaoke, boat rentals etc. It is almost fully equipped. The only thing you will need to bring are towels, sheets and pillow cases and you may want to buy drinking water. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment for eating, cooking and baking. Just on the south side of the causeway is a shopping center with a grocery store, liquor store, Subway and Rite-Aid. A little further is a Dunkin Donuts, Café, Family Dollar, hardware store, gas station and restaurants. There are several places where you go to eat lobster and/or order ahead of time to pick up fully cooked or not. We usually have it cooked at Bob's Seafood in Windham. By the time we get it back to Naples it is just as hot as if it just came out of the pot. There are also places in Naples, Bridgton and Raymond. The Fisherman's Net in Raymond has the best fried clams. The beach is sandy and the lake has a sandy bottom as well. No water shoes required. There are 2 moorings and you can also tie up to the dock. The camp is professionally and thoroughly cleaned between tenants.

The kitchen is fully appliance/cutlery stocked with everything you need to cook the perfect meal. Bring your own food but the pantry will have various spices. There is also a grill on the porch for your use. On the main floor with the kitchen and living room, you will find two guest rooms. One with a queen size bed. The other has a stand alone full size bed and a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top (this is best for a child as the ceiling is not too high above the top bunk). TVs are located in each bedroom. There is a full bathroom with tub and laundry on the main level. The top floor is home to a master suite with king bed, private bath. There is also a loft with a full size futon and office space. The fully finished basement has a bedroom with a queen bed as well as a full bath with a stand up shower. There is a mudroom area on the lower level for convenience with hooks for snowmobile jackets and gear. This is a private home which is occupied by its owners when not being rented so there will be clothing and other belongings in some of the closets and drawers. Space will be made for you to use portions of the closets. Reservations will not be accepted with less than 5 days notice since the owners need to prepare the house and relocate for that time frame. Please note that renters are not permitted to bring pets. However anyone with a pet allergy should not rent, as when the house is occupied by the owners, they have two dogs. This home is also part of a family friendly association with 7 other homes so you will find other families and dogs down at the beach and at the dock, however the home and its lot are very private. You will not have a view of anyone else's house from our home nor do any other homes have a view of our home.
